While the ornamental plants like, lavender and roses bring out a pleasing fragrance, the other variety’s such as spider plant, golden pothos, peace lily, snake plant, and several species of Philodendron and Dracaena has proved to improve indoor air quality by even removing tobacco smoke and volatile organic compounds which includes names like formaldehyde, trichloroethylene and benzene. But the birds and small animals get attracted towards the plants that produce fruit- and berry.
